I didn't set out to start a consultancy. I set out to solve a problem. As a television news producer, I spent years behind the scenes shaping stories, leading editorial teams, and helping talent deliver with clarity and confidence. I thought those skills belonged in the newsroom until I realized they were needed everywhere.
