Kachelle Pratcher

For over a decade, Kachelle has worked inside fast-paced newsrooms, producing live broadcasts, leading editorial teams, and shaping media coverage. As a television producer and media strategist, she teaches businesses and executives how to think like newsrooms, helping them craft impactful content, control their messaging, and position themselves as industry leaders.

She is also a university journalism professor with more than five years of teaching experience and a doctoral candidate in Sports Leadership at Concordia University Chicago, with research focused on media representation in women's basketball.
